Since our products are uniquely personalized with your engraving or custom design, they are made exclusively for you and, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, cannot be returned or exchanged as a general rule.

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, or if you are unhappy with the final appearance of the engraved product, please contact us as soon as possible.
